A. Advertisement booking for Corresponding Sunday closes on Wednesday
Q. What happens if I book my advertisement on Thursday and I want to have it placed on the corresponding Sunday?
A. Though all efforts will be made at our end to have the advertisement placed as desired, all bookings taken on Thursday are on “best effort/against cancellation” basis. In case the advertisement is not placed on the corresponding Sunday, the same would be carried forward to the next issue.
Q. What if I do not want my advertisement in the next issue?
A. You can send us an email to initiate a refund, along with your banking details, the complete amount will be refunded to your account within 6-8 days and online only
Q. Is Dehradun Classified circulated in cities other than Dehradun as well?
A. Currently Dehradun Classified is ONLY circulated in Dehradun City. Copies are sent to neighboring cities for counter sales, but there is no circulation in those cities.
Q. Will I get a receipt for the payment made for advertisement booking?
A. All receipts are available at our office on Rajpur Road and can be collected in person, if you want a scanned copy to be mailed to you, then you can request for the same by sending a mail to [email protected]
